I was being a little picky with what I wanted but found some great deals on some future appliances thanks to the great help of Mr. Kelly!! He also helped us find a forever home for a really nice GE fridge and even gave us a great deal on delivery options and offered to help us install an ice make completely free of charge!! The guys here were such an awesome help to me and my boys!! Will definitely be coming back!!
Very good service: the workmen , Shawn & Levi, knew what they were doing, Michael Moore was very intelligent & kind to explain different machines, and Breken made the purchase smooth! I recommend!
Kolby was great! He arrived promptly and fixed my dryer in just a few minutes. I will absolutely be using Lubbock Appliance Repair again if I need them!
Kolby was very professional and helpful. He quickly discovered the issues related to our washer and fixed it with ease. We are so thankful for him and would recommend his service to anyone in need.
Kolby was outstanding and so nice to work with. It was a difficult problem and he stayed with it until all was resolved. We will use him and Lubbock Appliance again!
Colby was the best technician/repair man i’ve met in my 21 years of life. 💯
In all seriousness definitely hire this company. Super cool guys and very knowledgeable …
Kolby Rogers arrived on-time! He was gracious, industrious but kind, and obviously knowledgeable. He had the part we needed in his van, and went several “extra miles” to calm me down without making me feel like a fool - ha! Hold on to this guy! He represents your company well!
Update as of 4PM review, since my other one was too long:
I got called back at 3:50 by Matt with a brief apology and asking if they had been able to take care of me yet. I told him no, and told him that I was very upset with the way things had been handled today. I asked if there’d be any way we could mitigate a service fee or have any kind of resolution to the issue and was told that the technician followed “standard protocol” going on to the next call. Matt then argued with me after I said the technician stood at my door for about thirty seconds before taking off, and stated, “I thought you said five minutes?” I told him “no. There’s a timeline. He pulled into my driveway at 12:18, rang my doorbell at 12:20, then was out of my driveway and gone by 12:22.” He then proceeds to give me the run around with no answer saying, “well let’s just go ahead with the service call and we’ll see what we can do about labor.” I decided then I wasn’t going to be screwed out of my day any more. I was also told that when someone doesn’t say, “be right there!” Or “hang on!” They leave. So I asked him, “you’re telling me your technician could hear my dogs barking, but couldn’t hear me yelling at them to go outside? And also, there’s a truck in the driveway, he heard the dogs, yet he assumed no one was home?” and there was no rebuttal to that. It’s very frustrating when every excuse in the book is made to simply make up for a terrible job at providing your customers with good service.
I don’t know who is hiring these “managers” but I was always informed that the customer is always right, and I’d definitely assume with TIMESTAMPED VIDEOS, you’d be willing to make it right with a customer who’s waited all day to get YOUR technician’s mistake fixed. My review will stand and from now on I’ll use someone who’s worth the $108 service fee ALONE. It’s one thing to say no to adjusting the service fee, it’s another to be straight up condescending, rude, and snake-y to a customer simply asking a question.
Lubbock Appliance, do better. I’ll also be leaving a note to all my neighbors about your service, too, considering you guys like to leave your magnets on people’s doors.
